I am an Integrative Health Coach and Somatic Practitioner trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Matrix Reimprinting and Internal Family Systems informed. And I am here to help sensitive and soulful women do the deeper healing so they can create a life and biz they LOVE! HEAL from overthinking, emotional overwhelm, exhaustion, anxiety, self doubt, burnout, chronic stress and confusion….. so they can step into confidence, clarity and their purpose! Why?  Because I sufferer as well. Not only did I experience burnout, anxiety and a health crisis but also had a host of issues happen to me emotionally with unhealthy realtionships. In my healing journey, I realised that healing is not only connected with how we eat and our lifestyle BUT also with our emotional wellbeing and the NERVOUS SYSTEM! Working with over 5o plus women I know that when we don’t deal with our emotions or trauma or unhealthy patterns, they will conitinue to show up in our life… and hold us back. They will come out as self doubt or a lack of confidence. They will present as anxiety, fear and overwhelm. And until we go learn how to FEEL, UNBURDEN and HEAL the imprint… these patterns will continue to show up and try to keep us safe, by preventing us from moving forward. Real Emotional Freedom comes from the inside!       <image:title>About - My Healing Journey from Trauma and Autoimmune…</image:title>
      <image:caption>At 36 years old working as a Landscape Architect in one of the largest multi-disciplinary firms in London, UK, I felt like I had hit the end of myself. I was in a toxic and abusive relationship, my Dad had died in a boating accident and I had never fully healed from childhood trauma, a previous infectious disease, and a destructive marriage. I was overwhelmed, full of anxiety and fear but so burnt out! I remember not being able to stop crying and not knowing what to do. This was my turning point! Even with my attempts to stay healthy, my life and health had become more and more unsustainable as I became more ill, depressed and stressed. My body started to send me more signals like thyroid issues, rashes, indigestion, brain fog, getting sick all the time, chronic pain, fatigue, psoriasis, IBS and other symptoms. Desperate to feel better and keep up with life my search began, I visited countless doctors, different countries, researching and exploring alternative therapies. I probably spent a good couple of years and £20,000 on my health. The good news is that is paid off, at 44 years old now, I can now say I have found true sustainable health. Have I radically changed my life? Yes! Everything was completely flipped upside down however, it was the best thing to ever happen to me. And through my journey, I became a qualified Integrative Nutritional Health and Wellness Coach and an EFT and Matrix Practitioner. I now specialize in helping woman heal their immune systems and nervous systems with Mind-Body coaching and therapy.</image:caption>

      <image:title>What I Offer - EFT (EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE)</image:title>
      <image:caption>EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is often referred to as Energy Psychology or Psychological Acupressure. When we become emotionally or physically out of balance our energy system can become unbalanced or blocked. EFT uses tapping techniques to help fix these imbalances and release emotional blockages. Similar to acupuncture EFT focuses on the meridian points— or energy hot spots — to restore balance to your body’s energy. For example: Research done at Harvard Medical School during the last decade found that the brains fear response - which is controlled by the amygdala – is indeed lessened by stimulating the meridian points, whether that be through acupuncture, acupressure or EFT tapping. But it’s not just about the tapping points. The therapist helps the client to voice and talk through their issues, while also using neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques and affirmations to help to integrate and create wholeness in the person.       <image:caption>At 36 years old working as a Landscape Architect in one of the largest multi-disciplinary firms in London, UK, I felt like I had come to the end of myself. I was in my second toxic and abusive relationship, my Dad had died in a boating accident and I had never fully healed from childhood trauma, a previous infectious disease, and a destructive marriage. I remember not being able to stop crying and not knowing what to do. Even with my attempts to stay healthy my life and health had become more and more unsustainable as I became more ill, anxious, depressed, and stressed. My body started to send me more signals like thyroid issues, rashes, indigestion, brain fog, getting sick all the time, chronic pain, fatigue, psoriasis, IBS, and other symptoms. However, all of this was my turning point! Desperate to feel better and keep up with life my search began, I visited countless doctors, in different countries, researched and explored alternative therapies. I probably spent a good couple of years and at least £20,000 on my health. The good news is that it paid off, at 45 years old now, I can now say I have found true sustainable health and healing. So how did I heal? I healed myself by everything I am about to teach you and the therapies that I used. My own healing has been possible because of the investments in myself, that I now am now so passionate about and helping others to heal. Through my journey, I became a qualified Integrative Nutritional Health and Wellness Coach, an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Matrix Reprinting and IFS Informed Practitioner.       <image:caption>The autonomic nervous system regulates many of the internal organs through a balance of two divisions: the sympathetic system (fight or flight) and the parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system. In addition to the endocrine system, the autonomic nervous system is instrumental in homeostatic mechanisms in the body. Homeostasis is the balance between the two systems. For example, the heart receives connections from both the sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions. One causes your heart rate to increase, whereas the other causes your heart rate to decrease. The autonomic nervous system is one of the major neural pathways activated by stress. In situations that are often associated with chronic stress, the sympathetic nervous system can be continuously activated without the normal counteraction of the parasympathetic nervous system. As a result, the immune system can be activated with increased levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Traumatic events, chronic stress, and unchecked negative emotions can push the nervous system outside its ability to regulate itself. For some, the system gets stuck in the “on” position, and the person is overstimulated and unable to be calm. Anxiety, anger, restlessness, panic, and hyperactivity can all result when you stay in this ready-to-react mode. This stuck mode can take you out of the parasympathetic state therefore effectively taking your body out of a healing state, which can be a significant contributing factor in autoimmune and chronic illness.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>At 36 years old working as a Landscape Architect in one of the largest multi-disciplinary firms in London, UK, I felt like I had come to the end of myself. I was in my second toxic and abusive relationship, my Dad had died in a boating accident and I had never fully healed from childhood trauma, a previous infectious disease, and a destructive marriage. I remember not being able to stop crying and not knowing what to do. Even with my attempts to stay healthy my life and health had become more and more unsustainable as I became more ill, anxious, depressed, and stressed. My body started to send me more signals like thyroid issues, rashes, indigestion, brain fog, getting sick all the time, chronic pain, fatigue, psoriasis, IBS, and other symptoms. However, all of this was my turning point! Desperate to feel better and keep up with life my search began, I visited countless doctors, different countries, researched and explored alternative therapies. I probably spent a good couple of years and at least £20,000 on my health. The good news is that is paid off, at 44 years old now, I can now say I have found true sustainable health and healing. So how did I heal? I healed myself by everything I am about to teach you and the therapies that I used. My own healing has been possible because of the investments in myself, that I now am now so passionate about and helping others to heal. Through my journey, I became a qualified Integrative Nutritional Health and Wellness Coach and an EFT and Matrix Reprinting Therapist. I now specialize in helping woman heal their bodies and emotions, with Mind-Body coaching and therapy.
