  • The 8 modules, have over 20 hours of recorded videos and are designed to help you in all areas of your healing. They are set out in a sequence to help you go step by step.

  • You will have personal therapy sessions with me for whatever is coming up for you. This is where you will experience EFT, Matrix, and IFS support to help take you deeper. Also, after the course is finished you can always continue with top up sessions as some clients do:)

  • The guided meditations and visualizations are designed to help you go further with your inner work.

  • The homework is designed to help you go further with your self in between sessions. This will help you progress so much quicker if you set the time aside to further your learning and work on your self.

  • The somatic exercises are all about helping you regulate your nervous system, these tools will start to become second nature to you.

  • The text support is there for you to reach out and ask me anything that you might have questions about or are struggling with, I am always available Monday to Friday.

    Marian helped me take all the steps I needed to take to heal my PCOS.

    When I started the 5-month journey I was overwhelmed and confused. My skin had terrible acne and I had lst my period for a few years. I had no idea where to start with all the information!

    With Marian’s help, I learned how to regulate and work through my stress. I started to learn how to listen to my body. And I started to gain the tools to help me get my health back. It was not always easy but Marian was always available, to help me and pushed me when I needed to and picked me up when I felt like I’ve failed. She was calm and I never felt judged, only encouraged and supported.

    After 5 months of working with Marian, I got my period back and my skin health cleared up! And now I can read the tiniest symptoms through which my body communicates to me what it needs and what harms me. I feel empowered in my health and know I am not a victim!     Starting out working with Marian I felt fuzzy, not in flow and like my life was weighty and heavy.

    I had tried traditional therapy but I often felt that I got in my own way. I tend to overthink everything…and my ego was often in the driver seat. I would make myself sound smart or like I wanted to give the right impression. I could avoid the truth of what was really bothering me. However, the tapping, helped me to stop overthinking and go with the flow. And in that process, things came out that I never anticipated. So things that I thought were maybe more important never came up as much, I felt like it was more pure and like I was being more authentic.

    I recognized patterns from my childhood and the survival system that I had programmed into my thinking, from when I was younger. However, I realized how out of date this way of behaving was, and working with Marian helped me gently shift the patterns and behaviors that I didn’t weren't working anymore. I felt I could finally let go! I had no idea that I was in so much fear, I was defiantly in a place of fight and flight. The EFT did calm me and made me feel more centered. Also, I felt like I was able to listen and access my intuition more through the process, whereas before I felt more uncertain about what was my authentic voice.

    Marian has the most phenomenal energy, she is so grounded but she also has this amazing spiritual energy, like she is connected to the universe. I never felt judged and I felt like she provided me an open space to share freely and express what was going on.

    I found the therapy very freeing. It's been a real deep level of self care. I feel like there is now a fluidity and clarity of where I am going. I don’t feel as sorry for myself. Feeling more empowered to make the changes I need.

    When I started working with Marian I felt overwhelmed, sad, hopeless, pressured and resentful. I now feel empowered and hopeful. I don’t feel as reactive. I feel I have let go of resentment, past hurts and been able to forgive. My diagnosis and life doesn't overwhelm me anymore. I feel in control of my life and where I am going!

    Through the sessions, Marian helped me to work through difficult emotions and kept encouraging me. I felt very safe with her, to share my deepest feelings. Her voice and presence made me feel relaxed and like I could do the hard work.

    Many difficult and painful memories emerged that I had completely forgotten about, however, the tapping was gentle and calming. I felt soothed and in control. This helped me to work through complex wounds and traumatic events from my childhood. And I now feel empowered and enabled to go back to those memories. To places where I felt unloved or moments of despair, sadness, being alone and needing to only depend on myself. I feel I can now help myself, to be comforted and safe. This is so powerful as it has helped break the resentment I have carried for so long. I am not a victim.

    I also feel like I am able to be more gentle with myself and listen to my body. I can now take care of myself and take myself out of non-healing situations without guilt. In fact my language has changed. I don’t feel pressure to be a certain way and I have so much more kindness for myself. I loved working with Marian and will continue with coaching and EFT.

    EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is often referred to as Energy Psychology or Psychological Acupressure. When we become emotionally or physically out of balance our energy system can become unbalanced or blocked. EFT uses tapping techniques to help fix these imbalances and release emotional blockages.

    Similar to acupuncture EFT focuses on the meridian points— or energy hot spots — to restore balance to your body’s energy. For example: Research done at Harvard Medical School during the last decade found that the brains fear response - which is controlled by the amygdala – is indeed lessened by stimulating the meridian points, whether that be through acupuncture, acupressure or EFT tapping. But it’s not just about the tapping points. The therapist helps the client to voice and talk through their issues, while also using neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques and affirmations to help to integrate and create wholeness in the person. This helps to create an unconditional acceptance of all psychological parts, especially of our wounded, repressed or shadow parts.

    The dynamic of self-acceptance whilst letting go of the past is at the cornerstone of many healing modalities and for this reason, EFT is proving to be a front-runner in modern therapies and another method of fast-tracking towards the goal of self-healing

  • MATRIX RE-IMPRINTING

    Matrix Reimprinting is a technique that connects people with their past traumas and core beliefs and enables them to transform them into supportive platforms for their lives.

    Why do our past traumas and belief systems matter? Our PAST TRAUMAS CAN LEAVE AN IMPRINT on our subconscious mind that programs us for life! These events and the meaning that we subscribe to them can wire our belief systems that we carry around with us, consciously or unconsciously.

    Matrix Reimprinting is a bridge between the CONSCIOUS and SUBCONSCIOUS and helps people find the ROOT CAUSES OF OLD PATTERNS AND BELIEFS.

    If we can change our beliefs, well, we can change anything!

    What exactly is reimprinting? The word reimprint comes from the psychological term ‘imprinting’ which is when a child imprints a situation or learning into their memory which then goes on to create a belief.

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems) INFORMED

    Internal family systems is an approach to psychotherapy that normalizes the natural multiplicity of the mind. If focuses on the various sides of our personality that sometimes don’t feel in line with who we are or are trying to be.

    It is sometimes referred to as parts work because we recognize that there are these parts of us that show up and are actually trying to help us. In IFS they are referred to as firefighters, managers and exiles and they all serve a purpose and a function.

    Usually, these parts, which some are healthy and some are not were developed in childhood when we have had to learn a certain behavior or way of being. to help protect us.

    When we work with parts we use the body as a way to help us get closer to those places inside. When we find a part we start to focus on it and figure out what emotions or feelings it is associated with. We might also ask how old it is.

    From here we start to understand our relationship with it. How we feel about it and the role it is trying to play in our lives.

    In this place, we then understand more and can bring these parts love and acceptance. So that we can befriend them and make them feel loved. This increases our capacity for self-love and forgiveness but also allows us to reintegrate these parts back into a healthy sense of self. Where we can be more calm, curious, compassionate, courageous, confident, creative, and clear with ourselves.

WHY AM I SO PASSIONATE ABOUT THIS?

HERE IS MY STORY OF HEALING FROM TRAUMA, BURNOUT, AND ILLNESS…

At 36 years old working as a Landscape Architect in one of the largest multi-disciplinary firms in London, UK, I felt like I had come to the end of myself…

I was in my second toxic and abusive relationship, my Dad had died in a boating accident and I had never fully healed from my trauma, childhood issues and bullying, a previous infectious disease that left me bed-bound for 4 months and an emotionally abusive marriage. I remember not being able to stop crying and not knowing what to do.

Even with my attempts to stay healthy my life and health had become more and more unsustainable as I became more ill, anxious, depressed, and stressed. My body started to send me more signals like thyroid issues, rashes, indigestion, brain fog, getting sick all the time, chronic pain, fatigue, psoriasis, IBS, and other symptoms.

However, all of this was my turning point!

Desperate to feel better and keep up with life my search began, I visited countless doctors, in different countries, and researched and explored alternative therapies. I probably spent a good couple of years working on my health and going through an extensive mind-body healing journey.

The good news is that it paid off, at 44 years old now, I can now say I have found true sustainable health and healing. So how did I heal? I healed myself through everything I am about to teach you and the therapies that I used. My own healing has been possible because of the investments in myself, that I now am now so passionate about and helping others to heal.

Through my journey, I became a qualified Integrative Nutritional Health and Wellness Coach, an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Matrix Reprinting, and IFS Informed Practitioner. I now specialize in helping woman heal their bodies and emotions, with Mind-Body coaching and therapy. I have learned that our body is designed to heal and it is constantly sending signals, yes all the time! We just have to listen. Really listen!

WHAT OTHER WOMEN ARE SAYING…

    Last year, after a very difficult year at work due to Covid that led to a burn out , I finally decided to quit my job and focus on taking care of myself. I had major sleep issues, panic attacks from past work situations and total fatigue!

    I had never heard of EFT before but did not hesitate to try it out. During the sessions, we would work on past traumatic events that had happened to me. These events had left such deep wounds to my mental health. And I was very anxious about being retriggered. When we worked through these difficult events, I did feel all sorts in sensations on my body....tight chest, strong heartbeat… but what we did during the session, the words we used when going over the tapping cycle helped me to calm down in the moment but also to get appeasement between myself and these difficult situations. After the sessions, I was able to go back to those places emotionally and physically and I felt more serenity and peace. One incident around my birthday was especially painful but after working through the issues I am now celebrating my birthday again! I am now looking forward to celebrating my birthday again every year!

    EFT has helped me in my everyday life. …I now sleep like a baby every night! I am less stressed, feel more energized, freer. I would say that overall I feel healthier and happier. Now sometimes, I use taping outside of the sessions with Marian by myself when I feel that anxiety is coming. It is amazing to know that this therapy I had never heard about 6 months ago is now one of the tools I use, besides breathing and yoga, to get the stress out of my body and mind.

    Marian is just the best therapist you can dream of! Although my messages/words might have been confusing sometimes due to the high level of emotions I was going through, Marian was always able to understand me and find the right words that would enable me to move forward. I would definitely recommend Marians program and EFT to anyone looking to improve their mental health!

    I didn't know what to expect when I started working with Marian and doing these mind-body therapies like EFT. But from the first session, I found it so powerful, as I felt it calmed me down.

    I have been struggling with migraines and headaches for years and anxiety. But the tapping actually took down the pain of a migraine. When we started it was a 10 in pain but by the end of the session it had reduced to a 2 and it never returned. This amazed me!

    The EFT was so effective at bringing me into a deep meditative place that helped me have more clarity about my life I felt I can now lead a life from a place of choice rather than reactivity.

    I continue to use tapping as it helps me gain clarity about things I am struggling with, calms my anxiety and reduces my stress and therefore helps my body and the conditions I suffer with.

    Marian has a very unique ability to extract the things and emotions that are of importance and help me make sense of them and work through them. I often would feel unclear but she would capture the main things that I was saying and help crystalize them for me. So that could process them in an effective way.

    She has a rare characteristic of lacking judgment and real care. I can't recommend this process enough or working with Marian

    'I had little experience or knowledge of EFT before meeting Marian and she explained the process so thoroughly and made me feel so at ease from the first meeting we had. She listened without judgment to all my experiences and concerns and worked with me to determine where to begin.

    I have been through a number of different therapies but never felt the sense of relief and shift that I did when working with Marian. One minute we would be talking about something in the present and as we worked through, memories from my past that I wouldn't have thought twice about, came to the surface and showed the effect they were still having on me. As we worked through the sessions, these memories became less influential and I felt such a sense of release that stemmed from years of emotional negativity and tough times.

    We worked on anxieties that I have been experiencing more recently as well as things I have held for years and I feel more myself and more at ease than I ever have done. I have more self-awareness, more rational thoughts and more self-worth than I thought I could have and have the motivation to really go after the things I deserve in life.

    I sought health coaching after a period of severe depression partly caused by Hashimoto’s disease, menopause and the resurgence of childhood trauma. I’d also had a very busy few years with a big life move and a stressful start to a new job.

    Marion was really great. She has a very warm and empathetic manner and I felt very at ease straight away. She spent a lot of time asking quite detailed questions and listening carefully to me. It’s rare to have such a detailed and forensic examination of your daily life practices related to your health. She has a very holistic approach and we not only discussed energy, diet, sleep, exercise and physical health but also how all that relates to emotional landscapes, work, social relationships, creativity etc.

    It was all very generally useful but I liked that each session she asked what I would like to focus on particularly. This enabled me to get help with things I was especially finding difficult that week. For me a big thing was procrastination and energy levels. So we did some quite focused work around that and it really helped me think about things in a different way and put in some better practices. She sent me really targeted resources after each session which I found extremely useful. At the time when I was coming out of a long illness, it was so useful to have the weekly meetings with Marion to check-in, get encouragement and advice and it made a lot of difference. She provided me with a set of stepping stones to navigate my way to better health.

    As I finished the course with Marion I felt that I was so much stronger and I feel so much better than I have done in years and have continued as a daily practice some of the advice Marion gave me and I’m really certain this keeps me well and on the level. I would really recommend her.

    There’s few people I’d feel comfortable trawling the depths of my subconscious for, but Marian is one of them.

    She is warm and kind and extremely easy to open up to. I won’t say I was skeptical, but I was certainly a little wary going in to our initial session (tapping can sound a little quirky!), but I’m glad I did. I discovered a lot, and managed to reframe some difficult events from the past.

    Our sessions were also effective on a very practical level. On at least one occasion I almost canceled our meeting due to feeling overwhelmed with work, but when we finished, I felt extraordinarily grateful that I hadn’t. I left clearheaded and calmer and much better able to deal with the mountain of tasks ahead of me. Now, when things feel a little overwhelming, I can tackle those feelings with more confidence.

    Marian provides an intelligent and thoughtful ear, some interesting insight, and ultimately a toolbox to deal with the anxiety and fears we all carry around with us.

    In short, I can’t recommend her highly enough.
